Do you have a question not answered here? Email us!
Q: Do you have a wedding registry?
A: Nope! We have everything we need. If you would like to donate to an organization in our honor, we suggest this one or this one. Want someplace local? Then People’s Place and Adelante could use your help.
Q: When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
A: Please RSVP no later than October 1. Also, let us know if you plan to join us at the after-party so that we can give Tubby’s a head count!
Q: Are kids welcome?
A: Yes! Kiddos are welcome to join for the ceremony and reception, but we also plan to have a room upstairs with snacks, crafts, movies, and a babysitter if they are going to party too hard for an art gallery. Please let us know if you plan to bring your kids when you RSVP.
Q: Where do you recommend I stay?
A: Hotels and rentals fill up fast in the Hudson Valley, so we recommend you book ASAP. For a boutique hotel, we suggest Hotel Kinsley. There is also a Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, or Courtyard by Marriott within a 15-minute drive from CPW.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive no later than 4 PM.
Q: Where should I park?
A: CPW has a small parking lot with accessible parking spots. You can also find parking next door in the medical building lot, a few blocks away at the YMCA, and the public lot on Cornell Street. Street parking is available and free. See this map for places to park.
Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A: CPW has a ramp from the parking lot into the building, an elevator between floors, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Tubby’s has two steps to its main entrance and a ramp from its back entrance that you can access through its patio. Tubby’s has one ADA-compliant restroom. Please email us if you need other accommodations.
Q: Will transportation be provided between the venue and after-party?
A: No. CPW and Tubby’s are about 1/4 mile from each other. If you need to drive to the after-party, there is street parking and a public lot on Cornell Street across from Red Owl.
Q: Are there other events I can attend?
A: We will have a very casual, totally optional welcome drinks on Friday at West Kill Supply at 602 Broadway in Kingston. We’ll be there from 8 to 10 PM. West Kill often has food pop-ups, but there are plenty of other food options nearby, as well.
